Compassionate Nursing Professional Wanted for Community-Based Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Vinfen, a leading provider of community-based services to individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges.
Job SummaryThis role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or in community-based settings. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and other essential care needs.
About the RoleThis position offers a competitive salary of $22.75 per hour, reflecting the organization's commitment to fair compensation and employee satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and other physical activities
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
