Site Development Engineer

EMH&T is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Development II team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing commercial land sites, working collaboratively with project teams to deliver creative solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate work or consultation with internal departments and multidisciplinary teams to develop site plans and designs.
- Assist senior project managers in planning and organizing workflow, providing technical oversight of project components.
- Oversee the preparation of design calculations, details, and specifications, as well as assist with plan reviews and modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with experience in land/infrastructure development.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
