About the Role:

As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for a client. This role is part of the Environment Health and Safety function, which aims to safeguard employees and surrounding communities through organizational programs and procedures.

Key responsibilities include promoting a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance, assisting with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures, and managing initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

You will also be responsible for tracking operational and safety risks, developing and managing strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents, and monitoring injury, illness, and incident reports to provide recommendations on how to prevent risk.

Additionally, you will work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required, and lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education. Additional certifications as required by the local authority are also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department, as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
