Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly profit and loss evaluations to promote profitable growth and mitigate potential risks.
  • Examine key profit and loss factors and provide analytical insights on performance relative to forecasts.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Evaluate advertising and promotional expenditures for return on investment.
  • Support market entry and commercialization strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and propose actions based on analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and product portfolios.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of new products and innovations.
  • Enhance gross margin and manage working capital effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of financial experience within the Consumer Products sector.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and robust systems experience.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication abilities.

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
