- Lead Safety Training and Awareness

- Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.
- Investigate Incidents and Near Misses
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures to prevent recurrence of incidents.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in safety management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Certifications and Qualifications
- OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour certifications.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Competent Person Fall Protection certification.
