Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs
    • Design and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead Safety Training and Awareness
    • Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees and contractors.
    • Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate Incidents and Near Misses
    • Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution.
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Certifications and Qualifications
    • OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour certifications.
    • First Aid/CPR certification.
    • Competent Person Fall Protection certification.
