Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the family's needs and perform comprehensive case management tasks and interventions for families requiring child welfare assistance.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of intricate family dynamics and effectively engage families in beneficial services.
  • Participate in training related to child welfare practices, case management strategies, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate in-home visits with family members and all relevant parties involved in each case.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution as challenges arise.
