US Conec Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of connector components for fiber optics. We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and implementing capable injection molding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and experience with injection molding, high precision, and tight tolerances. They will also have demonstrated ability to implement controlled molding processes into a production manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing scientific molding principles and DOEs to establish robust molding processes.
  • Maintaining process documentation, records, and changes to ensure the correct process is being run in production.
  • Collaborating with process, tooling, quality, maintenance, and production to identify and solve problems using root cause analysis techniques.
  • Providing support to the quality team on all corrective actions.
  • Acting as a peer mentor to fellow process engineers and process technicians by actively sharing knowledge and utilizing a respectful challenge process.
