Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized High-Level Administrative Professional for Executive to join our team at Dixie Hollywood. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Supervise and train junior administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant in a similar field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
