**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst/Accounting Manager to join our team at Bosch USA. As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance and Accounting, you will be responsible for leading month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing financial statements, and delivering in-depth analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities for a manufacturing company's accounts
  • Prepare and present financial statements as per Ind AS and IFRS Group reporting
  • Deliver in-depth analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts
  • Conduct top-line analysis with business unit and market insights, including product and service income (sales variance)
  • Analyze personnel cost with trend analysis
  • Examine material cost with insights and suggestions for top management
  • Analyze other expenses with a split of fixed, variable, and semi-variable costs
  • Orchestrate discussions between cross-functional stakeholders and business heads for business insights
  • Prepare for board meeting-related deliverables with reference to investor conference calls
  • Reconcile results between local GAAP and IFRS
  • Support ad-hoc requirements from the CFO office
  • Develop ideas for process improvements and standardization in a dynamic environment without compromising quality and efficiency
  • Ensure harmonious working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular feedback on services offered by the department
  • Provide timely guidance and advice on strategic topics

**Requirements:**

  • Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medium or large manufacturing industries in accounting functions
  • Knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, and SEBI Regulations
  • Experience handling 1-2 years of annual audits as per IFRS/Ind AS
  • Exposure to SAP FI system
  • Basic understanding of new-age technologies like RPA and blockchain (an added advantage)
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a matrix organization
  • Working with complexity and managing professionally
  • Leading people in adverse conditions
  • Motivating people to achieve key performance targets of the department
  • Able to address grievances of team members
  • Take lead in achieving internal and external stakeholders' expectations
  • Good communication skills
