Job Opportunity: Residential Aide/Direct Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Aide/Direct Care Professional to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction and guidance to individuals to promote intellectual, emotional, and social growth
  • Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth and development to each individual's highest level of accomplishment
  • Assist consumers with their medications and daily nutrition
  • Transport consumers to appointments as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience working with the DDD population
  • Strong teaching skills with emphasis on individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged
  • Valid Driver's License
  • COVID Vaccine
  • Ability to complete and pass clearances
  • Experience in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
