  • Establish linkages to appropriate medical care providers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
  • Proficiency in nursing and medication administration.
  • Knowledge of treatment and rehabilitation methods for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Excellent assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
  • Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a treatment and/or rehabilitation setting.
