We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans, and portfolios to assist with data compilation for lender decisions.
- Make presentations of analysis that will be used for investment decisions.
- Assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
- Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
- Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
