We are currently seeking a Commercial Risk Producer - Relationship Builder to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our Commercial Risk team, you will be responsible for showcasing connections and networking capabilities to generate new business, influencing and collaborating with others to create strategic plans, and presenting a variety of risk solutions to meet client needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products and/or services, with a demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process. You will also need to have a current or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C license(s) and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 - $220,000 annually, based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Showcasing connections and networking capabilities to generate new business
  • Influencing and collaborating with others to create strategic plans and present a variety of risk solutions to meet client needs
  • Broadening your consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon's solutions
  • Solving complex business issues using the data and analytics available at your fingertips from Aon's research teams
  • Supporting a team in the management of a portfolio of prospects business
