In this role, you will lead a front desk team to ensure that guests receive courteous and attentive service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:- Supervise a dedicated front desk team
- Assist in several accounting/financial functions related to the front desk
- Work to maintain product and service scores
- Train in all areas of the property's operation
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensure safety and security of the property, staff, and guests
