In this role, you will lead a front desk team to ensure that guests receive courteous and attentive service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a dedicated front desk team
  • Assist in several accounting/financial functions related to the front desk
  • Work to maintain product and service scores
  • Train in all areas of the property's operation
  • Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff, and guests
