Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job OverviewAs a key member of our Portland, Oregon office, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to high volumes of emails, scanning and uploading documents, and operating office equipment. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to process documents efficiently and maintain minimal errors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to high volumes of emails in a timely manner
- Scan and upload documents into various client platforms
- Process documents efficiently with minimal errors
- Operate office equipment, copy machines, sort and distribute mail
- Provide excellent service to external and internal customers
- A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; written, in person, and by phone
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Keen sense of urgency
- Must successfully pass a criminal history and credit background check
This position operates in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be required to sit for extended periods, handle objects with their hands, and occasionally stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, and lift up to 10 pounds.
