Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the performance and welfare of employees on-site.
  • Address and resolve any arising issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct talent interviews.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Reliable transportation for regular visits to client sites.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

This role may be particularly suitable for individuals with a background in food service or retail management.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexibility required).

Compensation: $23-28 per hour, based on experience.
