The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting with invoicing processes across all CLAAS locations. This position encompasses responsibilities in accounts payable and receivable, alongside light accounting duties and management reporting. The coordinator is accountable for the preparation and reconciliation of sales invoices for all CLAAS locations.
Maintains and updates used equipment inventory in the CROP DMS and external marketing platforms.
Responsible for entering and managing new equipment inventory in CROP DMS. Coordinates and monitors equipment financing transactions.
Handles bank reconciliations for all locations.
Prepares financial reports as needed and ensures timely month-end reporting.
Processes incoming payments and credits on customer accounts.

Assists with the management of outgoing invoices and aging reviews in accounts receivable. Aids in the timely payment of incoming invoices in accounts payable. Engages with internal and external vendors as necessary.

Adheres to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures consistently. Complies with all relevant safety regulations, laws, and standards. Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance at the designated work location.

Candidate Profile:


Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training and higher education are advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the agricultural industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Must possess a strong customer-centric approach.
Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable is essential.
Familiarity with general business practices is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on defined responsibilities.
Strong team-oriented mindset.
Must be self-sufficient with a proven ability to work independently and a strong desire to learn.
Must consistently demonstrate a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Professionalism must be maintained at all times.
Proficient in computer applications including Google business solutions, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn new software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities.

Must be able to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
