Job Title: Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Outpatient Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while managing the daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and practice act requirements
  • Screen, interview, and manage employees at the assigned clinic, providing training, support, and development opportunities
  • Manage daily activities using key performance metrics to optimize clinical care and operating results
  • Assume responsibility for daily staffing and utilization, considering clinical requirements and recommendations from the interdisciplinary team and specialists
  • Attend and contribute to resident care, staff conferences, and other related meetings
  • Manage department budget with expense and revenue reporting
  • Oversee clinical programming across disciplines
  • Participate in case conferences
  • Coordinate with care team members to provide high-quality services and care to all patients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years outpatient rehabilitation experience
  • Strong understanding of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation
  • Ability to lead and manage clinic operations
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
