Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lab Director to lead our laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the assigned area(s) of responsibility, including technical, quality, regulatory oversight, and instrumentation recommendation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality laboratory operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of laboratory professionals
Requirements
  • PhD in a Life Sciences and Board Certification from a recognized specialty board
  • 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in a laboratory setting
  • Operational experience preferred
