The HR Operations Specialist will play a vital role in managing payroll and employee relations within the organization. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll data for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records and handle adjustments related to employee status changes.
  • Calculate and administer all mandatory and voluntary deductions for taxes and benefits.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with corporate payroll to ensure adherence to payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Conduct audits of payroll entries and generate reports as needed.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizing company events and initiatives.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
