About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager at Western Construction Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience, along with a vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
