Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, your duties will include:
• Assisting field teams in resolving project-related challenges
• Developing, maintaining, and updating project progress reports
• Documenting project details and milestones
• Communicating directly with clients to request project uploads in our system
• Liaising with clients regarding project specifications, modifications, and deadlines
• Collaborating with Field Supervisors to ensure project alignment

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience
• PMI Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction
• Strong understanding of Google applications
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Customer service orientation and negotiation abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
