Associate Territory Manager

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in providing field-level support to physicians and other clinical professionals, working closely with Territory Managers to drive sales revenue and exceed division targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with field sales to execute customer training and technical support
- Work with sales management to prioritize targeted customers and cases
- Support the development of regional physician proctors for training activities
- Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and support personnel
- Support regional marketing events, conventions, and symposia
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years general sales experience
- Experience working in a team environment, particularly with sales people
- Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Good judgment and maturity
- Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel
