Job Summary

As a Tower Deck Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and customer specifications through adherence to procedures and programs. You will also be responsible for performing accurate inventory of cheese bags, running towers in manual and auto mode, and breaking down of Tower during CIP.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in production operations, with experience in tower operations and inventory management. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.



Benefits

Glanbia Nutritionals Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.



Estimate Salary: $60,000 per year

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as occasional walking, lifting, and/or moving of 26 to 60 pounds. You will also need to be able to stand, sit, talk, or hear, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.



Environmental Conditions

You may be exposed to 85+ noise levels in which hearing protection will be needed.
