Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, rotating Saturday and holiday shifts. No Sundays are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- One year of RN experience required
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
