**Key Position Details:**

* Allina Health Cambridge Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their busy practice.
* Primary care team has 13 Primary Care Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Pediatricians, 3 Internal Medicine Physicians
* Services offered: Same day care, eve exams, mental health services, infections disease, and women's health
* 36 patient contact hours per week
* Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
* Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
* Clinic hours are Monday-Friday: 7:30-5pm and closed Saturday-Sunday

**Requirements:**

* Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire and
* Certified Nurse Practitioner - ANCC - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) required certification within specialty upon hire and
* Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire
* ACLS-BLS Tier - Multisource required within 180 Days and
* Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
* Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
* Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

**Physical Demands:**

* Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently ", "Requirements": "To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing or medicine, with a focus on patient-centered care.
