POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the manager with daily planning and overseeing the overall operations related to delivery and return orders. This position requires close collaboration with warehouse personnel to provide guidance on managing returns from various warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all return shipments on a daily basis.
  • Analyze and address the daily return report and proof of delivery on dock reports.
  • Organize the return area to ensure every shipment is easily identifiable.
  • Prioritize shipments for loading to optimize trailer capacity.
  • Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
  • Engage with relevant corporate personnel across all levels.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks independently.

Compensation Range:

$22.00

*The stated pay range reflects the anticipated starting salary for this role. The Company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will collaborate directly with selected candidates on the final starting salary in compliance with all applicable laws.
