Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of client behaviors
  • Develop and implement behavior plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Provide direct instruction and supervision to clients, staff members, and family members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Current certification as a BCaBA from the BACB
  • Eligibility to obtain LBA in the state of Kansas
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
