Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for elementary school students.
  • Provide direct support to students using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress, making adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
  • Assist in developing and modifying instructional materials to integrate with behavioral goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is a plus.
