Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate candidate skills through proctoring a computerized knowledge-based examination and objective observation and scoring of candidates demonstrating clinical skills.
  • Deliver test events with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with testing sites and foster professional and courteous relationships with Nurse Aide Evaluator Community peers.
  • Coordinate candidate rosters and ensure efficient test administration.
  • Provide on-site leadership for candidates and serve as a Prometric Brand Ambassador.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
  • One (1) year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • Intermediate to Advanced technical skills and solid familiarity with computer programs and applications.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to travel 30 miles or more one way from zip code and stand for extended periods of time while administering the exam and evaluating candidates.
