Position Overview
The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for visitors at our healthcare facilities. This position is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Patient Access Representative include:

  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling registration.
  • Verifying patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Providing telephone support and data entry services.
  • Processing authorizations and pre-registrations.
  • Facilitating new patient referrals and point-of-service collections.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
