Job Description

As a Residential Property Manager at Next RC, Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our multifamily communities. This is a supervisory position that reports to the Regional Property Manager and requires a strong background in property management, leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site team members and ensure the delivery of quality service to residents
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance appraisals to ensure team members meet performance expectations
  • Manage daily activities, service requests, and make-ready priorities to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to address community issues, market conditions, and other relevant topics
  • Ensure accurate and efficient lease administration, including monitoring traffic and waiting lists, processing new applications, and reviewing lease documents
  • Maintain resident relations and retention through social media campaigns, resident activities, and community events
  • Execute an effective lease renewal program to minimize resident turnover
  • Responsible for rent collection efforts, maintaining account records, and making bank deposits as necessary
  • Achieve operation budget goals regarding occupancy, expenses, NOI, and other key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities
  • Certification as a resident manager (ARM, CAM, etc.) preferred
  • Bilingual capabilities (English-Spanish) a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise associates, with an emphasis on team development and leadership
  • Preference for detail work with ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical Requirements: Extensive mobility and good physical condition
