Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up Specialist to join our team at Davidson Hospitality Group. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquet events from setup to breakdown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment.
- Ensure event spaces are clean and presentable, meeting the high standards of Davidson Hospitality Group.
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators to ensure all details are executed properly and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for events.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
