Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inquiries from the public, parents, staff, and other interested parties
  • Preparing routine correspondence, logs, and information
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence, deliveries, and mail
  • Filing electronic and hard copy documents
  • Performing database maintenance duties, including data entry and report generation
  • Supporting library clerical work, including managing library materials and assisting users

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of general English vocabulary, spelling, and arithmetic
  • Ability to operate a computer, printer, scanner, fax machine, phone system, shredder, and other general office equipment
  • Good organizational, human relations, and communication skills

Reports to: Principal

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
