Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Fernbrook Elementary School. As a key member of our School-Linked Mental Health Services team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to children and families in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and other family members.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapies as needed.
  • Create and implement treatment plans, regularly evaluating their effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavior sciences.
  • Previous experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Pursuing a professional license in one of the following: LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW (Supervision towards licensure available and built into your schedule).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current and valid licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC or license-eligible.
  • Experience collaborating with school systems and school personnel.
  • Proven success collaborating on interdisciplinary teams.
