About the Role

Included Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of remote clinicians. As a Therapist, you will provide individual virtual therapy sessions to patients through our state-of-the-art Telehealth platform. This is a 1099 Contractor opportunity, and we are looking for a licensed Therapist in the state of Minnesota to work independently, but with constant access to our clinical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients via video-based encounters and develop comprehensive mental health treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients, including virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information, including examination results and medical history.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from a accredited program.
  • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience.
  • Active and unrestricted license in Minnesota, with licensure in multiple states highly valued.
  • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
