Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at Champions Group Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle data, programs, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of our fleet, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and define best-in-class practices for drivers and vehicles.
  • Work with fleet management company, vehicle vendors, repair facilities, insurance providers/brokers, and others to ensure optimal performance of fleet.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Fleet Manager (or similar role) for a national company.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience developing, analyzing, and presenting metrics for data-driven decision-making.
