Job Title: General Manager

As a General Manager at Aramark, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations managers to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of operations managers to provide operational expertise in contracted services.
  • Manage client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, and maintain all associated records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Experience with Computrition and CBORD is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission standards, HCAP, and Press Ganey metrics is required.
  • Experience in multisite management is preferred.
  • Experience managing within a unionized environment is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Patient Services in a healthcare setting is required.
