About the Job
This Senior Marketing Professional role at Melio requires an experienced individual with a strong background in co-marketing, capable of driving product adoption and growth within partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects, and a deep understanding of how to develop and execute initiatives that enhance product usage, engagement, and customer retention. As a key member of the Partner Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with partners' marketing teams to achieve measurable outcomes and foster long-term collaboration.

Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with a focus on co-marketing required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial technology or payments space, a must.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing co-branded marketing campaigns across various formats and measuring partner-driven success.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of forging and maintaining professional, positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while creating buy-in.
- Strategic thinker skilled in identifying marketing opportunities, multitasking, and managing multiple deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams, ensuring achievement of business goals and individual development.
