Warehouse Lead Job Description

The Warehouse Lead is a critical role within the Legends team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and concession stand facilities. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the dock area, concession stands, and warehouse.
  • Directly responsible for stocking concession stands and portables.
  • Accountable for inventory control, including cycle-counting and concession stand checks.
  • Monitor inventory on a weekly basis to ensure proper on-hand inventory is available to meet event demands.
  • Responsible for upkeep of all equipment in the concession stands and portables.
  • Assist with receiving and distribution of products.
  • Store and warehouse products in their designated locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and offer assistance and support to team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including receiving and delivering detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background/drug test.
  • Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Compensation:

$21/hour
