Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at LaTasha Johnson - State Farm Agent. As a Customer Relationship Producer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and turning leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed.
- Utilize knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Employ a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
