We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales performance, building relationships with customers, and coaching the sales team to deliver exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance
  • Expand business by proactively engaging with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions
  • Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

About You:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
