Behavioral Support Specialist for Elementary School Students

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the behavioral and educational needs of elementary school students (K-5) in Lexington, MA.

Job DescriptionAs a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students, helping to improve social, academic, and life skills.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5), especially in a school setting.
- A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
