Job Title: Ninja Coach

Join the Valley of the Sun YMCA team as a Ninja Coach and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development for children and adults alike. As a Ninja Coach, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of ninja classes in a positive, safe, and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach ninja classes to children and adults of various ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical activity, teamwork, and social skills.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to learn and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and provide regular progress updates to parents and staff.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of gymnastics, sports, or fitness principles.
  • Ability to teach and demonstrate ninja skills and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children and adults of various ages and skill levels.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
