We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ninja Supervisor at Arizona Sunrays. As a Ninja Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering a fun and empowering fitness experience to our young participants.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with NinjaZone standards
  • Provide instruction, correction, and motivation to students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Collaborate with coaches and guardians to ensure seamless communication
  • Assist in the training and development of new coaches
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to work afternoons and weekends
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
  • Passion for movement and working with children
