About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bohler. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the direction and scope of your clients' projects, building and nurturing client relationships, and mentoring and developing your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience on land development projects for private sector clients
- Experience building and motivating high-performance site design teams
- Experience nurturing and growing client relationships
