Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct career assessments to identify individuals' strengths, interests, and career aspirations
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to help individuals secure and maintain competitive employment
  • Provide ongoing support and training to individuals in their job roles, including job coaching and skills development
  • Collaborate with employers and other stakeholders to promote inclusive hiring practices and job opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 18 years of age and able to legally work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Proof of negative TB screening
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities in integrated settings preferred
