Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and address service inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring professional and courteous interactions at all times.

2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive information regarding benefits, eligibility, verification, and claims status.

3. Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure positive resolutions. Conduct outreach to members to inform them about their benefits as required.

4. Maintain compliance with established procedures and quality standards, contributing to the service promise and performance indicators of the organization.

5. Assist customers with administrative tasks, including enrollment record modifications and providing necessary documentation regarding coverage and benefits.

6. Facilitate the resolution of claims by following up on member communications and directing them to the appropriate departments.

7. Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated systems, adhering to guidelines.

8. Demonstrate productivity and availability to customers while following the established work schedule.
