Job Details
Salary Range: $30.00 - $32.00 Hourly
Location: Harvey County Jail - Newton, KS

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing patient care services in assigned areas, utilizing their independent and dependent nursing functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care services as delegated by the registered nurse
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care
  • Administer medications, perform basic laboratory tests, and maintain accurate records

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
