Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at United Methodist Communities at Bristol Glen. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and promoting their overall well-being.

About the Role

The LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to residents while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality. This includes assisting with medication administration, notifying physicians of any changes in resident health, and documenting patient information accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians and family members
  • Assist residents with daily activities and provide emotional support as needed
  • Collaborate with certified nursing assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including MAR/TAR entries and nurse notes
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse License
  • Some nursing experience in a related field preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-subsidized medical and dental coverage, 403(b) retirement savings program, and paid time off.
